24 things I’ve learned in 24 years


1- It’s okay to outgrow people who hold you back.

2- When life gives you bad days, it’s just a reminder to appreciate the good ones more.

3- Everything is temporary.

4- Chocolate is a good therapy for the soul.

5-  What people think, or say about you is none of your business.

6- You can learn a lot about people by listening to what they say.

7- You can find comfort in books.

8- Pleasing people is impossible.

9- There’s nothing wrong with liking your own company.

10- Have faith in yourself.

11- Don’t ever compare yourself to anyone.

12- Forgiving people doesn’t mean you’re weak, it just means you’re more mature than them.

13- Home is where the good coffee is.

14- Do more of what you like.

15- You are capable of doing more than you can imagine.

16- Write down your late night thoughts, they can be interesting.

17- Do more crafts.

18- Use your fear as a fuel for motivation.

19- Trust your instincts.

20- Avoid negative people.

21- Sometimes, things don’t go your way.

22- Mistakes make you a better person.

23- There’s no point in worrying.

24- Be more understanding of others.
